要不要贷款。想问问，申请房贷的时候，银行是只看credit score，还是很详细的看看
还有没有其他贷款，如车贷之类的？如果有一个刚刚开始的车贷，会对申请房贷产生好
的作用还是不好的作用呢？我刚毕业，目前score 700-。 |

那在45%以内的时候，是越高越好吗？不然为什么有人说，搞了一个车贷还着，再申请
房贷的时候信用就更高？？没还清的车贷也能有助于房贷吗？我应该车贷房贷加在一起

Continue payment without late for long time can improve your credit score
But if you get car loan and mortgage at same time , car loan can do nothing
good to mortgage if it does no bad
