designate "Mr" or "Mrs". In that case, I need to feel comfortable to
inpersonate a female. |

发帖数: 9352 | 6 这是自找麻烦，有时候这么一搞，银行先把你的帐户BLOCK了，因为他们不确定是什么状
况。银行知道性别，信用卡公司完全不知道性别，我LD和我妈的信用卡电话的都是我打
的，从来没有过问题，当然安全问题都要知道。我妈的银行电话也是我打的，只有一次
要关BOA账户，碰到一个事儿多的，说我的声音不象是个老年的女士，不能给我提供服务
，我就说要投诉，让她找SUPERVISOR来，说凭什么因为我声音粗就不给我服务，SUPERV
ISOR很快道歉，重新核对了安全问题后就关了帐户。
