标 题: 求助：收到讨债公司的信

第一次发文。我们刚搬出前房东的房子，当时检查的时候说没有问题，结果周五接到一
个电话，是讨债公司的自动电话，说我们欠了七百块钱。打电话问房东，说发现地毯有
一块污渍，换地毯花了七百。我们说当时怎么没看出来？他们说事后有权做更加详细的
检查。简直是流氓啊，请问怎么办？讨债公司会干些什么？不付会有什么影响吗？

发帖数: 3374 | 2 你如果没做错啥，你可以打电话或写信（挂号）给讨债公司，告诉它们your landlord
made a false claim,让讨债公司停止harass你，让他们 do not report that amount
as a collection account on your credit history.
很奇怪你的房东不直接联系你。

only go through the small court.
if u donot pay, ur credit will hv deterogatory case, hurt ur credit. |
