account，工作人员只告诉我college checking account不能赚TYPs, 没告诉我原来
checking account攒的点数60天会过期。今天登陆发现2w多TYPs没了，TY CSR 告诉我
过期了没法还给我；打checking CS，说这是thank you reward division 的事情，他
们也没法返点给我。感觉被踢皮球了，还有什么办法把点拿回来呢？ |

Please be informed that as per the recent changes in the banking packages,
effective from January 2015, the College Students Account package is no
longer eligible to earn Thankyou points. The notifications were sent to the
account mailing address 3 months prior to the changes.
However, the points you have earned will retain and will remain subject to
the current expiration rules for the program (currently three years from the
end of the year in which they are credited to a ThankYou Member Account).
说改成college checking，thank you points 还在啊，credited后三年过期，我这还
早啊。我再打打电话吧。
