？这个福利只限制学习法语的学校，还是包括所有的专业和学习？
朋友想去麦吉尔大学大学或者康科迪亚大学读研究生（marketing 或者 教育心理学）
，申请，录取等难不难？政府担负学费和生活费吗？还是必须自己负担或者申请奖学金
？如果读本科呢？

其实政府肯定有官方网站回答这些问题，另外学校的网站肯定也全有---任何北美
学校的网站都有这类信息。

people can apply for loan and most of the loan will be waived if the family
income is very low. it has nothing to do with tuition etc. thoese are paid
to
the school.
But the bottom line is the appliant must be a resident of quebec, I.E have
been
living at quebec for a year and is pr or citizen.

family that can apply the loan?
这么说,学费还是要交,只是之后可以免除? 除了loan以外,政府是否给低收入家庭以生
活费等等?
BTW, what is pr, 是指移民但还没有成为加拿大公民的人吗?

nov. let the green onion out then put outside, let snow cover it for the
winter, the next year when spring comes you will have wonderful payback.
I planted around 20 in my yard and I regreted that I planted too many.

不记得了。。。

blush，脸红ing...就是在豆腐合里面插了一些没用完的葱根而已。
就这样还挺经用的，ft，上礼拜买的两把新葱还没怎么开用呢。。。
要不要用肥料？其实我很喜欢那个叶子少的兰花，可是一盆差不多30块，我也没有很多
种花的成功经验（小时候照顾过月季和茉莉though），大家都反对说兰花很难养。
唉，还是以后找盆茉莉先练练。

自己负担。可以申请助学金，数额根据学位，收入情况等定，最多约1万多一年？如果
家庭有其他收入基本只能有贷款，全日制时候不收利息。
要注意的是对于本省居民的认定要有一定条件，大概是需要居住一定期限.
