在有的州里，JoePa如果不和AD说这件事，是会被起诉的。不知道宾州的法律任何，更
何况，Joe并没有掩盖事实，向上一级汇报过了。

JP给GA扣了个屎盆子，说GA没跟他说细节，所以他不清楚，
等到调查GA，他一定会把当时说的什么都说清楚，不然责任都在自己身上了，下半辈子
