Who the hell is lying here? Conspiracy is that the police
purposely cover this up to avoid being punished for covering
up Penn State and 散淡司机! If somehow this is true, it's
gonna be awesomely interesting, but I doubt somebody can
prove it is true. |

Probably neither.
He told then PSU police chief, the VP who was charged.
He must refer to the meeting with the VP and the AD when
he wrote to his friend.
