This is how one of my favorite coffee shops in the universe - Small World
Coffee in Princeton, NJ makes every single cup of their coffee.
Line a traditional coffee filter, add fine and freshly ground, pour boiling
water, stir and drip, very slowly.
Pro: Balanced acid, richer and bolder compare to French press or regular
coffee machine
Con: Time consuming
It's a very easy yet reliable way of making a cup of bold coffee if not
feeling like running espresso machine or getting tired of watered-down
coffee from regular coffee makers. | m****0
