登录账户，选了Manage My Service Appointment，并没有看到pending Gas Meter
Order。只有打电话预约吗?感觉怪怪的。
MANDITORY GAS METER CHANGE
Your immediate action is required with regard to replacing the gas meter in
your home.
Replacement of the gas meter is mandatory in order to provide safe and
reliable service, and to ensure accurate energy bills.
The new meter will be equipped with a device that can provide us with your
future meter readings electronically. Electronic meter readings mean we will
no longer need to access to your property to read the gas meter each month!
After we replace the existing meter, we will also restart and check your gas
appliances for safe operation. There is no charge to replace your meter and
it takes less than an hour to complete the work.
Please make an appointment to have your gas meter replaced by calling 1-800-
436-7734. You can also conveniently schedule your appointment online through
My Account at www.pseg.com. Just log in and select “Manage My Service
Appointment” from the main menu, and then select the pending Gas Meter
Order displayed on the screen. Follow the on-screen directions to schedule
an appointment that is convenient for you.
Don’t delay! Flexible appointment times are available on weekdays and
Saturdays. Please note that full and clear access to the meter and all gas
appliances will be required at the time of your appointment.
