Not sure what's your question. In here (USA) most of house are with the Air
Conditioner compressor outside the house, and inside the house has a fan to
blow the cold coil to have the cool air to circulate through the house.
Although you can see the compressor (the out side unit) has a fan. But that
fan is for cool down the compressor and has nothing to do with your house
cool air.
