你不相信，你过几年就要自己重新贷款了。
前几年全部给了利息了，很划不来。

Agree with LS, if you can afford the monthly, 15 years is a better deal.

cost to your total loan balance or you get a higher rate( they bake the
whole darn thing in to your rate). |

State.
New York state closing cost is much higher than other states.
