【侨报纽约网报道】纽约人想在美国最好的餐馆就餐还真的具有绝对优势。 根
据刚刚公布的美国100家最佳餐馆（ 101 Best Restaurants in America）中 ，27家顶
级餐厅居然都在我们的“大苹果”。
据DNA消息网报道，《每日膳食》（ Daily Meal）的编辑部主任，科尔曼·安德鲁斯（
Colman Andrews）说，该评选结果是由一组176位美食家，食谱作家和其他餐饮业人士
组成的评审团评出的。
该光荣榜上包括, 纽约明星大厨Eric Ripert拥有的位于中城的 精致豪华的美食餐厅Le
Bernardin）;实惠味美的坐落于皇后区 的Shake Shack 和SriPraPhai。
安德鲁斯表示，“在我的脑海里，我一直有一个与《米其林指南（ Michelin Guides）
》（荣获世界饮食指南经典品牌）评选方式类似的想法，就是一颗星意味着它是真正好
吃的食物，两颗星意味着它是值得你走段弯路去品尝的美味，而三颗星则意味着它是值
得你不管多远专程跑去品尝的佳肴。
在该美食榜上（该名单尝试在全美最大范围内搜罗美食），人们经常专程去的餐馆有，
美国加州的French Laundry，但也有康州纽黑文（New Haven）的 Frank Pepe
Pizzeria Napoletana，尽管不安排在那里游览，对它极为钟情的比萨爱好者们也要绕
道去品尝一番。
安德鲁斯开玩笑说：“这些都是我建议美食爱好者值得去的地方，如果你曾经到过此列
表中的餐厅，你就会对美国食品有一个真正的认识。不管你是贫穷，疾病，还是肥胖，
但是你知道发生了什么事情。希望大家有机会去品尝。”

以上几个真不错。4很有特色，japanese pork bun很推荐！
还有36.Ippudo看见没？！的确有不少人喜欢呀！爱吃Totto ramen的真的可以试一下。
奇怪为什么没有Delmonico,我们公司附近的，非常好。
还有Peter Ruger牛排也很不错。
