It's the same as NYC sucking subway system. The excuse is of course 'they
are so old', but look at London's subway. It's older, and a lot better

就算是玩simcity，规划新城也比旧城改造容易多了

It's not usual that temperature at NYC subway platforms reaches 120 degree
in summer
Its nickname is kitchen of hell.
