Briefly what happened: my son somehow got a serious fracture in his skull （
This is from CT image; from outside, there's no visible scar, no blood spot
seen from the skin; my son is acting as usual, no vomiting, no crying etc）
which we didn’t notice until yesterday morning when his left side of his
head swollen up. We took him to the doctor. Child protective agency and
police got involved… After one stressful day they decided to took custody
of him until this case goes to the court. So 3am in the morning we arrived
home without our baby.
1. 除了联系律师/媒体，我们还能做什么to get our baby back？
2。Regarding the fracture: Police thinks such fracture could ONLY be due to
1) falling from high place to hard floor; 2) hit by very heavy object. My
question is: if that true, how come there's no bruise or blood on on the
head? Furthermore, I imagine baby would be great pain in such injury, he
would cry hard. However, my son seems to be as usual, eating/sleeping on
schedule and no crying. Could the fracture is due to other reason, e.g.
infection? One colleague told us his daughter had a fracture in leg bone.
Emergency dr thought it's due to external force. But later on, a specialist
dr found out it's caused by infection. Any expert on this board? | s*y

Did you take him to the ER or his pediatrician first? Can you get his
medical record from his ped?
I just wonder whether you can explain this injury convincingly to other
people. If not, child protective agency will likely think it is due to abuse.

发帖数: 1121 | 4 I have seen one case on TV that the child had multiple fractures in his
bones. It turned out that the child has very fragile bones himself and gets
fractures with very little external force... The police and child protection
service also got involved and the parents were later found to be innocent.
I hope your case can be resolved soon. You may need to seek legal advice
from a good lawyer now. Bless! |
