我们报的是给6-18个月小宝宝的，开班的时候我家刚好6mon1wk，主要是让宝宝不怕水
，不会喝到水，能back floating，不怕dip in water
每次上课都先让宝宝熟悉下水，就是唱唱歌，然后对水吹泡泡，吸引宝宝注意，如果宝
宝准备好了，他也会学着在水下吹泡泡的，我家的显然还没准备好，每次我吹泡泡他都
不看，尽在那儿拍水玩了
然后就让宝宝学着back floating，其实头还是靠在你肩上的，手在身下扶着。老师会
给口令：head back，tummy up。我家的每次一让他后仰，就自动漂着了，可能肥肉多
吧，呵呵
再来就是把宝宝dip in water了。老师会让宝宝头没进水里然后传给你，非常快，之前
也会有个口令帮宝宝建立联系，以后就知道要闭气了，不过一般宝宝都能自己闭气，不
太会呛到。第一次课小家伙被dip了一次吓到了，还哭了，我还很担心第二次课会害怕
，结果人第二次课连续dip两次都很处之泰然，有一次还在水下吹泡泡
然后呢会让宝宝试试用脚拍水，还会练习手划水，大人带着慢慢往对岸“游”，我家的
当然是被我整个横抱过去的了：）
最后就唱唱歌，做做游戏，课就结束了
写得有点乱啊，我报的9点的班，每次上课小家伙都特别兴奋，还会在pool里大叫，汗
上完了就很累，上午那场nap非常好，唯一不好的就是没法游完就给洗澡，因为擦干，
换好衣服什么的就已经困了，只能等睡起来洗
希望对想带小宝宝游泳的mm有用。等过几周，小家伙游泳有进展的话，再来update |

我家儿子去年半岁下游泳池玩得很好，今年一岁半看见泳池就大哭，死活不肯下水，现
在连后院都不肯去了

We now enrolled him in the Gymbree level 2 class. Not put him in swimming
class yet.
We only put him in back yard pool every other day. We also tried to put him
under the water, he was good on that and can hold his breath when under the
water.
I tried to let him floating, but when I put his head down (face up) he
always hold his legs up, so still can not floating. How you did that?
By the way where to find goggles for baby at 6mon? and how to prevent water
gets into his ears?

发帖数: 1636 | 18 我觉得他也不算是会back floating，还是靠大人手托一把的，我把宝宝头靠在我右肩
，右臂整个支撑在他身下，右手托一把屁股。我家的倒是会乖乖平躺着，脚不会翘高。
耳朵防水我没有特别用什么，只是出来后用棉签吸下水，在池里尽量让他耳朵在水面上
BTW，mm家游泳池真赞

普通diaper下水就鼓起来了
