半夜2,3点甚至天亮才能入睡,现在半夜耳鸣尿多口渴的情况,到了早上6点多天蒙蒙
亮又睡不着了,起床小便后脑子又开始兴奋到7,8点才能睡着,到了11点娃醒了又要起
床喂娃了,每天周而复始,食欲不振导致体重严重下降,别人说我身材变好了,我觉得
和木乃伊差不多,姐妹们有我类似情况吗,医生就给我开了些安眠药,我觉得根本是治

first you need to find time to do physical activity at least 45 min dialy,
fast walking or joging is fine
Second, you need to go the bed regaularly before minnight, ( try to relax
your self before you go to bed, no coffein after 6 pm, no TV in the bed room
). you can take melatonin 1mg daily 30 min before you go to bed.
