聽說有些醫院有舉行面試，但仍得等到quota下來，才能工作，
目前你何不把握時間準備NCLEX-RN,(CP),考過英文，跑visa screen，
我想很多人都在等待新名額，機會是給準備好的人，
問題是機會來了，能不能把握住 ><

I have a friend and she is working on OPT, which will expire soon. After
expiration without working permit from GC application, does she have to
leave this country?
Right now she is busy with find some hospitals that support her stay.

If her LD can sponsor her status, she should be able to change non-
immigration status to F2/H4/J2 ets. Except J2, F2/H4 are not allowed to work
in United States. Legally, she can not work in the current hospital after
the OPT expire. Although most hospital HR will not ask, it is your own risk.
Working without working permit counts as illegally stay, even if you have
valid F2/H4. If illegally stayed for more than 180 days, the appl

screen 的时候免考英语。

She is currently on F1.
Based on what you described here, she could stay for up to 180 days without
working to wait for her GC application after her OPT is over. I am sure she
will not work for the hospital anymore without work permit.
This is a good news for her if it is true. Am I right?

the list online before.
My friend got a list from her attorney.
I will ask her to share after she settles down from this turmoil.

without leaving U.S. if s/he illegal stay does not exceed 180 days
accumulated. she has to consult her lawyer when needed.
