I am very healthy person. I have no any disease. Accidentally,I took the EKG
. The result is not atrial flutter, atrial fibrillation, first, second,
third degree etc. Then I was noticed by doctor I had heart disease based on
EKG. The doctor only said I have abnormal EKG,his diagnose said I have heart
disease. Except EKG, I didn't take any other test in regarding to heart.So
far, I have no any abnormal feeling. There is not any heart disease history
in my family.

才能说, 那种病是不是单由EKG 能诊断出来

发帖数: 249 | 3 At least it has to be a 12 lead EKG. Unless it is a consistent abnormality,
which shows up very frequently, it won't show up just like that on a random
EKG.
Usually, a cardiologist would be able to tell a lot more from the 12 leads. | w**o
发帖数: 645 | 4 到底是什么Heart disease呀？ 总要告诉你个名字吧。EKG当然能作为诊断心脏病的一
个指证，但绝对不是唯一的标准。如果有需要可以做个2D echo， 如果诊断还不明了作
个stress echo。再有问题就要做诊断性cardiac cath了。
如果你年轻，无其他病史。我能想到的只有窦性心率过缓或过快。最多有个早搏什么的
。A-fib， 1度，2度，3度传导阻滞是不太可能的。
换个医生瞧瞧吧。 |
