According to the policy, RN in home health care must have 1 year acute care
experience. I am just lucky. This is a band new homehealth care and they
need a Chinese speaking RN. But so far, I only have one pt, who needs wound
care, twice a week. so I got $45 per visit and I can make my own schedule.
They told me that I will get more pts later. I don't think this job is good
for new grad, but at least I can get some experience. However, I am still
looking for a full time jo | g********4

I work in homecare as RN coordinator,they give me pay as same as in hospital

发帖数: 673 | 4 Thanks! I feel so encouraged! I know there are no many nurses here who
support me for working in the home health care.
连续填了那么多applications 没回音，特别garfield medical center 答应要我，但
是background check 之后没任何的回音，每次打电话后都叫我等，等了一个月看着OPT
一天一天过去，我几乎崩溃了，到现在连个拒信都没有。我现在他们一个集团的6家医
院招工启事一个都不看了，义工也懒得做了。
说实话，心也有一些寒，我个别朋友找到工作后也消失了，甚至自己不要的工作也不愿
跟我说是哪家医院。因为我的身份问题，我从来没想到去要去跟别人抢工作。Garfield
通知我去interview 时，我高兴的告诉了我一起毕业的美国公民们，让他们也去申请
。有些人说我傻，但我总觉得人不能眼光太短浅，毕竟我们不是只为了利益活着。要笑
话我就让他们笑去吧。不过我也没这么高尚，也请大家不要夸奖我，我会非常非常惭愧
的，毕竟也没为大家做什么

所以如果有机会 工作经历对以后都会有帮助的
visiting nurse有很好的workshop可以提供培训你
