I and my wife will move to Bay area by the end of this year. My wife is a RN
at a neurospecial unit in a medical center in NH with over 3y experience.
We already rented a condo there. Can she begin endorsement now or only after
we move there and she gets her driver license? If yes, how? It will take a
long time to process the application so it will be great if she could begin
now. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
