location: in front of rpac, osu parking lot on the other side of stadium,
a chinese lady hit a car (not mine) in the parking lot while backing off.
she tried to run away. but, stopped by me. she admitted that she hit that
car. while i was taking a picture of her car, she stepped on the pedal.
i got the plate number, i remembered her face well.
the question is: what shall i do now? | r**********y

to the OSU police. BTW, if you don't have the plate number of the other
party, how can you report the hit-n-run? | o********s
