this one might cost $20 or more
and you can make one with 6mm cord yourself, i reckon you might need a 3M
cord to make one.
but if you feel you do not need to use an ascender, it's not necessary to
make a cow's tail.
as dual bueaties mentioned, ascenders are for steep or even vertical aid-
climbing.
to frank, if you're going to the sparrow mt training, you definitely need

need fixed rope.

我来总结一下我们南加登山"会"的问题 (只总结mitbbs这群人,不代表其他
南加登山高手)
1.没leader,大多数都是新手,就算frank等体力超级牛叉的,登山知识也是新手新新手
2.LA的腐败风气影响教深,大家嘻嘻哈哈玩闹的性质较高,严肃性不够
3.计划做的不够
4,因为大家都是新手,没有一个权威,所以很多时候就是吵吵嚷嚷各有各自听来的理论
要说可能就anoia正规学过些东西

I assume our only problem is we have several major water guns in our private
group, including myself. sometimes we just don't realize this is a totally
open forum but we still involve lots of nonsense discussion, personal
affairs and Da Qing Ma Qiao here. I am sorry for that.
I just want to highlight my point here that I personally don't think I'm

不是否定山寨教学,只是说系统上个课,还有那么多设备可以实践真的不一样的
纸上谈兵永远无法替代亲自实践
我们没那么多套器具,上山寨课的时候无法亲身实践
这个是个巨大的问题
