就是没练过，不会用劲
不过后来练了一下，很快就好了

相对而言我是暴力妞。。。。其实力气也不够，campus board都走不动一步
不过有时候稍微晃一下去够还挺有效的
我现在的搭档比我高6"，基本上任何她能够到的我都能够到
反倒有时候同样的move她说够不着，然后我说你踮脚尖啊。。。。

初二的时候吧
先练pull up，从一个都不会做，半年练到十几个
然后才发现自己不会push up，又开始练。。。

付出很多的. 我应该多花时间看看她们爬.

and 20 pounds ago). I was never able to do more than 12 pullups.
