去年7月4号 shasta上雪还有不少， 这次路过， 基本都全秃了。 还想再去一次来着。
刚回到家才2天， 就又想出门了。 |

去solo
其实现在正是hike south sister的黄金季节，基本上是hiking/简单scramble的难度
12迈round trip 爬升5000尺左右， summit在1万尺多一点，基本上不会有高反，早晨
早点出发一天可以搞定，山顶风景那是没得说，晴天的时候向北可以一直看到Rainier
，向南可以一直看到Shasta，可能是能看到雪山最多的地方

that are technical are very moderate. (My definition of technical climb is
one in which *most people* want at least running belays at some point. Your
definition may be different, but it's irrelevant to what I want to say here.
) For these climbs, good weather, fitness and route finding skills literally
translate to success. For climbs like Hood south side, Rainier DC, route
finding is not an issue. Assuming you can pick the days with good weather to
climb, the only thing that matters is your fitness.
Of course there are skills needed in rescue situation for snow/glacier
climbs, including rope management, belaying, anchor setup, self-arrest,
crevasses rescue, etc. But these skills are much easier to learn and master
than get and keep yourself in good shape for the climbs.
So get yourself in superb shape. Not only will you be able to climb Hood and
Rainier and other glacier peaks next summer, but also actually enjoy the
climb, not merely suffer through it. |

点数换机票便宜些。

别地方class 4（攀岩是5.*以上），一点都不危险，类似于你爬梯子。

你说的是我前几天发的trip report里面那个？那个不是攀岩，只是class 3 最多极个
别地方class 4（攀岩是5.*以上），一点都不危险，类似于你爬梯子。
