me to sign. I told her I wasn't going to sign anything without legal
consultation.
In the form, it says " I acknowledge that I have a right to hearing on the
record. I waive my right to such hearing and agree to pay the sum of the $
300 within the designated time in full settlement of this matter."
Or
"I acknowledge that I have a right to a hearing on the record, and I do not
wish to waive my right."
I don't think she treated me fairly and she also checked "Yes" to " Given
Opportunity to Amend" in the form."
