premium member 。 现在我下一单，没有order confirmation 了。上次为了用掉
rewards, 就买了零食。因为是premium member， 可以free shipping, 觉得也就省了
跑一趟。结果被cancel . 写信去问，居然说cancel 后，他们哪里就没有记录了，查补
到。。。。 没有天理
今天刚下单，2个小时了，还是没有email confirmation. 我自己今天打印了order
confirmation. 以前是 instant email confirmation.
就我那么惨？ 上个月ink rewards 也被偷。。。 感觉跟staples 没缘份。。。。 |
