I bought it at local premium outlet. Go to the customer service, usually
where you pick up VIP coupon book.

name for that gift card? Is every premium outlet has this gift card? Can it
be used in every store in outlet? Thanks
SInce I am going to orlando this winter, I want to shop in that outlet.
