Re: Restructuring Update
As part of our corporate restructuring plan, we announced a Voluntary
Transition Program (VTP) for eligible staff members in the United States
which provided an option for those interested in transitioning to early
retirement or the pursuit of other life interests. We have now notified all
who applied for the program in the continental United States as to whether
