发帖数: 16 | 6 It means the smaple is collected at the end of the dosing interval, just
before the next dose is due. For example, if it is twice daily dosing, then the
trough sample will be collected at 12hr post-dose. If it is once daily
dosing, the sample will be collected at 24hr post-dose.
It is collected to indicate the drug level at that time point is within
therapeutic window.
