发帖数: 1280 | 1 Position: Formulations Scientist with experience in oral solid dosage forms.
Responsibilities: Manufacture batches based on own ideas or those of other
pharmaceutics personnel directed towards the development of tamper resistant
dosage forms. Submit samples for analysis. Assess data received. This may
include statistical assessments as required. Some cleaning and set-up of
equipment will be required but there will be assistance from a technician.
Daily activities could also include supervising contractors conducting batch
manufacture directed towards the same goals. Plan and manufacture batches,
and analyse data to evaluate options for developing tamper-resistant
products. Plan and organize work with appropriate supervision and manage
time effectively to complete assignments within expected time frame. Work
safely and maintain awareness of health, environmental and regulatory issues
. Possess good knowledge of GMPs; SOPs; USP; FDA and ICH guidelines; DEA,
OSHA and EPA regulations. Possess ability to learn and apply/adapt new
technologies. Demonstrate some troubleshooting capabilities for processing
challenges. Timely and effectively communicate analytical results and
project status to supervisor. Assist in preparation of reports and/or
department presentations.
BS/MS/PhD Chemistry or related with experience in pharmaceutical
formulations / drug delivery for solid oral dosage forms
