标 题: 救命用！！！真心求教一种新药：sgn-35专治霍奇金淋巴瘤

心急如焚，来版上求教各位专业人士：我国内一个很好的朋友，才刚28岁，刚结婚2
年，不幸去年查出得了一种病：霍奇金淋巴瘤（HL），好像是有家族遗传的影响，他一
个叔叔就在很年轻的时候去世了。我不太懂，但是也模糊感觉出是肿瘤的一种，他从去
年5月发现一直在国内治疗，直到现在，中间有好转，但是经常反复。本来春节说好多
了，但是昨天跟我联系说可能又反复了。他在国内打听到一种新药SNG-35也叫Adcetris
(brentuximab vedotin)专门治他的病。在美国去年8月份获得FDA批准上市。他现在托
我在美国打听一下，这个药对HL疗效怎样？如何使用？另外副作用怎么样？最关键的是
，在美国怎么样才能买到？该到那些专业药店去买？我是外行，所以来这里求职各位专
业人士。
原来很阳光的一个小伙子，真的不希望他有什么事情，他昨天拜托我的时候，说是
救命用，听得我很心酸，在此恳请各位达人不吝赐教，能提供些信息，我没有包子，在

hospital才会有。。。

Brentuximab vedotin was granted accelerated approval by FDA for the
treatment of patients with Hodgkin lymphoma after failure of autologous
hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) or after failure of at least two
prior multi-agent chemotherapy regimens in patients who are not candidates
for HCT. Phase II clinic trial is only on 100 patients. Without looking at
the trial it self along with PHASE III, it is really hard to tell the
efficacy. Based on the abstract of phase II: The overall response rate was
73 percent (32 percent complete) with median durations of response of 20 and
3.5 months for those with complete and partial responses, respectively. It
is definately not on our formulary. On Jan 2012, FDA has put out a black box
warning of "Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy (PML) and Pulmonary
Toxicity Associated with Brentuximab Vedotin. Given the poor prognosis of
refractory HL, I can only say to manage these symptoms.
It is going to be hard for you can get this drug at USA and mail it to your
friend. May be in china there will be some hospital that participate the
post-marking trial that your friend may be able to get involved it. I am not
really sure.
Right now, high dose chemotherapy and HCT or salvage chemo +radiation should
be considered as a treatment of choice in patients with a poorer prognosis,
such as early relapse (less than 12 months) or induction failure after
initial chemotherapy
Give you a heads up, long-term disease-free survival is uncommon following
salvage chemotherapy in patients with Hodgkin lymphoma who relapse after
initial chemotherapy.
