现在在做postdoctor，但是做的非常不开心，老板比较变态，压力比较大，也感觉做不
出来东西，所以有打算准备换组。
但是如果换组的话，是不是会遇到J1签证转的问题？如果转签证的话，应该怎么转呢？
另外，如果这边的老板不放人，是不是就走不了？

只要新的老板sponsor J1就好
