最主要的是做家庭法的律师一年365天有两百多天要上庭，我也不想。

有没有lawyer 是不管什么都做的？我一直觉得lawyer 应该该是术业有专攻的，但是
最近有个人跟我说他什么都做一些，没有什么特别specialize 的。不过以前做family
abuse 的比较多，也有很多divorce, 但似乎听他的意思他也不是不做其他方面的。

发帖数: 8271 | 15 估计自己开的作坊。要是乡下，就分得更不详细。方圆多少里，就那么一个律师的话，那他肯定啥都做。不过乡下，可做的其实也有限了。你说的那个人基本上就是做family law的，child abuse, child support, divorce, adoption等等属于这一类的。
大firm分得细，之间跳来跳去都不容易，那天他们说从corporate firm里从破产换去M&A估计都不太容易。

中国人读法律确实需要勇气，写的话还好，如果要当场辩，岂不是要很能说。
