什么叫effectively剥夺国籍？剥夺就是explicitly从法律上剥夺，不剥夺就是不剥夺
，法律用语是非黑即白。有没有国籍这个事，也是非黑即白，没人有半吊子国籍。
如果一个人在军版发个帖子“外发effectively在社交上脱离了中国人群体”，这个是
可信的。因为社交不是非黑即白；有联系但联系很少，也可称为effectively脱离。至
于用effective一词来描述法律条文的，那就只能呵呵了。
