call another guy, who will physically go to the car to check. But his
charges is around $70 to $80, which is above my budget. Do you have any
cheaper but reliable mechanic recommendation?

1.Ask a friend who is good at car to go with you.
2.Go to any mechnical ask them to lift the car(general inspection),
you can see below the car if there is any serious accident trace available
or not(Obvious mark or bending..). Noramlly it costs about $20.
3.Engin, trsmission, emission(Cat Converter) should be pay attention to.
