neighborhood is not good. Maybe need
~10-15 minute walking to fifth Ave.
University's OC lot is $7 per day. It may take ~10-15 minutes to walk to
5th Ave from the lot.
If come very early in the morning (like ~7am), you may get a meter on street
.
If you apply for permit, OC lot is one of the fastest one. only need to
wait 3-4 months.
