Cranberry Twn 附近上下班交通如何？周末有什么娱乐活动？Park，hiking什么的。
路好不好开车，天气又如何，冬天是不是经常下雪啊？

Let's say $300k for example. Total tax you need to pay is 5-7k per year.
If you have 20% downpay, income over 65k per year should get you a loan
approved without problem.
PA income tax is around 3%. Shopping tax is 6-7%, no tax on food and clothes.
traffic is not bad in north compared to south. generally 30-40 minutes from
cranberry to downtown.
There is snow in winter, but depends on where you come to see if that

Go check more houses, then you will know better.

Loan $250k, 15yr mortgage, monthly ~1700+, total 20k
plus property tax and other things, it costs $30k/yr for the house
therefore, one need at least to make $90~$100k salary (>= 3 x $30k) to live
such a house. $65k is not enough, maybe a condo or townhouse for <200k.
Compared to Boston/NY, it's still not bad. But, you would make $120k ~ $150k
to match $100k in Pitt.
Does this make any sense at all?

As for life style, that depends on you.
You may get a 30 year loan instead of 15 years.

300K，但评估价只有30K，所以地产税就低了。一般在房子交易后，学区会要求重新评
估房价，然后重新定地产税。所以你在zillow上看到的地产税只是当前房主的地产税，
并不代表你购买了房子后还是这么多（或少）

area the estimation is only tenth of their price, not for other places like
NJ NC ... Wonder the data on zillow is true or not?

reassessed in 1969。
你看的房子都比1969年新，也许当初估值的时候用的老房子做的类比。

附近房产的最近交易价和交易后的估值，看一般会估在什么位置

therefore, it's hard to say if one can buy a 300k house with a 65k annual
income.
for example, if you can pay 50% downpay, then 65k/yr annual can still
possiblly accepted by a bank for a 30-yr loan of a 300k house. |
