For power, I have the following list
Allegheny Power
Duquesne Light
Penn Power
West Penn Power
Central Electric
Borough of Zelienople

provider.
i.e. if Duquesne owns the network in your area, you have to go with Duquesne
Light. But you can choose First Energy's electricty.
