Since H-4 is dependent of H-1, she can stay in US whenever your status (H-1)
is valid. Of course, you can extend H-1 later and she can extend H-4
accordingly.

发帖数: 557 | 4 once she entered US, VISA is not that important, unless she wants to go out
of US and come back again.
The important thing is the STATUS. As long as H-1 keeps valid status, H-4
can stay in the same period as H-1.
