4 、我有7个ds表，但是都是一个program,有的丢掉的重新弄的，有的是信息更新，都
要写上吗？
5、最近更新的ds 表上fund 写的不是我的工资，而是整个fund，以往的数目都是我工
资，这个有问题吗？
6、visa control number里的零划个斜线也是零吗？port of entry填城市，还是机场？
7、I-94 number 就是最上面那个11位数吗？网上查了下，说法不一致。
8、第一张表格上的签名和后面的格式不一样，有没有问题，因为那个时候签名就是写

11. 问：DOS上填表，有一题：Did any of your exchange visitor program(s)
include U.S. Government funds, funds from your own government or funds from
an international organization? YES or NO ? 学校postdoc是NIH funding，是不是
属于美国政府？这一题怎么答？
答："NO". You get paid from your boss and your boss got funding from US
government. As long as you didn't get support DIRECTLY from US government, e
.g. fellowship or something like that, the answer should be "NO".

confirm (call 202-663-1541, then dial 0, then wait).
