different than the research conducted in universities?
What is the advantage/barrier for an industrial veteran in the area that is
hard for a fresh-out PhD to replace? I know some people may think domain
knowledge is one, but I don't think it is too hard for a smart newcomer to

软件的写法以及生产流程都是不一样的。
学校里写的代码和公司里代码的区别。
这就好比公司里开发和测试，以及运维写的代码
的区别是类似的。属于不同工种。 | m******r

每年年底都要申请经费，微屁问你老板， 凭啥你们组要养这么多人，老板得说出个1,2
,3， 挣了多少钱，如何影响产品， 怎么省了人力物力。
学校里写东西，得能自圆其说，科学意义在哪？ |
