A friend was diagonosed as bipolar disorder at her 22, when she had a crush
with her dream lover. Since then, she has been suffered by relapses several
times, with medicine on and off. She finally decided no matter what she won't
take medication any more, she would rather try hard other methods such as
recognization therapy, behaviour therapy, sunshine therapy, excercises, etc.
And she won't trust some so name phychiatrists MDs too, as many of them do | o*****s

her run-away fiance and got psycho problem, but she is not bipolar.
For a bipolar person, that kind of thing is just a trigger.
