发帖数: 245 | 3 Currently Binge Eating Disorder is listed under Eating Disorders in the
appendix of DSM-IV-TR. Change in appetite and weight is one of the diagnostic
criteria for depression.
You probably can find some self-help books on it. Cognitive-behavioral
approach probably will be helpful. There are definitely specific
behavioral techniques that can help you control the binge eating behavior.
However, it takes more to find out the underlying cause. Working with a
psychologist/therapist may be helpful.
