recommend you to keep your contact info/name confidential. if a recruiter
sees your resume online, he/she has to email your pseudo email address
before sending your resume out.
there are so many irresponsible recruiters who just copy and paste resumes
from Monster.com and send to their clients(GS/ML/MS), without even calling
the candidate. then the candidate will be "priored" at GS/ML/MS and no other

when you updated resume on Monster/efinancialcareers, you have an option to
keep your name/contact info confidential. when recruiters search keywords,
they only see resume body, and a pseudo email address like 12378xxx@xxx.
monster.com, they can email you on this address and you'll receive their
email in your regular email inbox.
this way, you can ask them who their clients are and what positions they
