The right candidate should be a well-rounded personable character who can
think out side the box, a self-starter, self-motivated - self-made, likes
playing w/ technology since he/she was young. Candidate should be able to
engineer custom-made routers/ switches to connect to the exchanges. Prior
experience at Cisco, Amazon.com, Google.com, Ebay.com, Yahoo.com is
preferred.
