based on the 2/3 and 1/3 prior for bus 1 and 2: if it was #1 you saw, the next bus #1 will come exactly 5 mins after, or #2 will come within the 10 mins (uniformly distributed), with 1/2 probability before bus 1 and 1/2 prob. after.
if it's #2, the next #2 will come exactly 10 mins after, thus the next #1 will definitely come before that, within 5 mins and uniforml | x**l
