Thanks, I dont like the current job, here is why:
From the eye of boss:
IT staffs are like tables, chairs, monitors, furnitures which do not
have
brains.
Traders are human, they can think, game, curse, make fun of you, they
are
the real thinkers, revenue creaters.
if algo makes money
trader (the dragon slayers) took the tisk, made the right decision
and
gets all credits
IT staff contributed nothing when we were trading, they are doing
nothing.
