with this company, thus your help will be appreciated. Is this company a
good company to work? How about its workload, very busy and need to work
overtime every day?
Compared to JP, MS, DB and CS, how about this company? If not good, I may
wait and try other opportunities.

NSI is Nomura Security International
This, is only one of the MANY attempts they have tried to get a foothold
into the US Market, since the 1980s. All previous attempts failed badly.
It's working better this time, because of the Lehman situation.
As a result, NSI is essentially a baby Lehman.
