margin but the reconciliation bill is still up in the air. By law, the
congress can add unlimited amendments to the latter which may turn out to
be a very long process. Worse, the republicans in the senate might
challenge the legitimacy of the bill itself...after all the reconciliation
bill is reserved for financial provisions. |
