说说长江学者吧。该奖项是中国特聘教授的最高级别,要求“学术造诣高深,在科学研
究方面取得国内外同行公认的重要成就;具有创新性、战略性思维,具有带领本学科赶
超或保持国际先进水平的能力”。然而看了中南大学2011长江学者刘文胜的个人简历后
,本人寒心了:
刘文胜,中国籍,男,1967年生,博士,教授,博士生导师,中共党员。刘文胜先生长期从事
航空制动系统、钛铝合金、无铅焊料和难熔合金材料的研究工作。作为项目执行负责人
之一,承担了国防科工委国债技改项目“军用钨基高比重合金生产线”、“轻质高强结
构材料国防科技重点实验室”的立项和建设工作;作为项目负责人承担了国家“863”高
技术研究计划重点项目,国家自然科学基金项目,国防军工配套项目,国防基础科研项目,
国际合作项目及省部级项目等近10项,并取得了较好的研究成果,得到了同行专家的一致
好评。在国内外知名刊物上公开发表学术论文30余篇,其中被EI收录18篇,被SCI收录11
篇,申请国家发明专利5项,出版专著1部,获省部级科技进步一等奖2项。现任中南大学粉
末冶金研究院党委书记兼副院长,粉末冶金国家工程中心副主任,长沙鑫航机轮刹车有限
公司董事长,中国材料研究学会青年委员会常务理事、副秘书长,湖南省金属学会粉末冶
金专业委员会副秘书长,中国航空学会理事。
